Eduardo Paz has over 25 years of sales, marketing, and management experience and has extensive experience in real estate and business brokerage, as well as intimate local area knowledge in South Florida. Eduardo was licensed in Florida as a Real Estate Associate in 2009 and became a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor in 2016 to launch the CAP Real Estate operations in Florida (Miami) as part of the CAP Real Estate, LLC organization (Virginia, Maryland and Nicaragua). In addition to being Broker for CAP Real Estate, Eduardo is also a licensed Real Estate Broker for Quantum Business Brokers, Inc. where he is a professional intermediary between buyers and sellers of businesses.
