Carlos Pichardo, Broker/Owner became a Realtor in early 2009 and started CAP Real Estate, LLC in 2013. He is a Top Producer and has been a member of the NVAR Multi-Million Sales Club since 2013.

In 2016, he was recognized with the prestigious “Five Star Real Estate Award”, and since then he has received the award every year, ranking in the top 1% for client satisfaction in the area.

Carlos is an Accredited Platinum Real Estate Professional. He volunteers his time with the local association of Realtors, NVAR, and teaches monthly first time home buyer classes. Before starting his career in real estate, he was President of Global Wireless Latin America, Vice President of Nextel International, and Regional Director of AT&T Network Systems. He also has a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
