CAP Real Estate is a member of the MIAMI Association of Realtors®, Orlando Regional Realtor® Association, Florida Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®, and handles the actual buyer/seller transaction. Referral Network Realty is not a Realtor® association member, which is what allows agents here to stay license-active without paying those dues.
No — agents here refer buyers and sellers only. CAP Real Estate, LLC, a full Realtor® and MLS member, represents the client through the actual transaction.
After the deal closes and CAP Real Estate, LLC pays the referral fee to Referral Network Realty, LLC within 2 business days, your 90% share is released to you within 3 additional business days.
Yes. Your license is yours. If you decide to sell actively again, you can transfer it to CAP Real Estate, LLC or to any other active brokerage firm of your choice whenever you're ready.
