Carlos was really helpful throughout the whole homebuying process! He was always willing to go see yet anotherhouse and never gave unsolicited opinions. It was helpful to have someone knowledgeable in the business who gave very professional advice for things he saw as being a potential issue with a house, but by no means, ever pressured me to purchase or not purchase a home. I looked at quite a few homes, with a few different price-points and I never felt pressured towards a decision. He let me take my time, weigh my options, and assisted in my analysis when I was missing some data points and information. I would recommend (and have already on many occasions Carlos to my friends and family! It was a real pleasure working with him!
