I bought my very first home and Carlos Pichardo was my realtor. I have always been very apprehensive about realtors because they always seemed so incredibly pompous, aggressive, and overbearing. I must say that Carlos immediately forced me to change this perception. He was amazingly kind, completely understanding, and extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of my purchase. He was very patient and helped me with all my questions and concerns. Although I was determined that I knew exactly what I wanted, he guided me to other options, and this eventually led me to find the perfect townhouse.
