We were first-time home buyers and we needed someone we could trust. Carlos was great to work with. He was professional at all times and very knowledgeable about homes in the neighborhoods my wife and I were looking around. When we needed guidance or had questions, he was always willing to pick up and help us out. Even though he would give us his thoughts and opinions, we didn’t feel unreasonably pushed or pressured. Two points I want to emphasize: 1) Carlos moves very fast and gets the job done! Given how important speed is in a hot real estate market, he was very satisfying to work with. 2) Carlos was always punctual. Many times, we were the ones keeping him waiting but he was always accommodating.
